How to Purchase Tickets for Customers Living Overseas

 

Pianist Yunchan Lim will hold his second solo recital at The Symphony Hall (Osaka) on April 11, 2026!
Here is the step-by-step guide for overseas customers to purchase tickets from The Symphony Hall’s website.
Please note that tickets for customers living outside Japan are electronic tickets only.

 You must complete a new user registration before purchasing tickets 

 

How to Register

 

  1. On The Symphony Hall website, click “Tickets” in the top page menu and select “New User Registration.”

  2. Please agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  3. Enter your personal information. If you live overseas, please check the box for “Overseas Resident.”

  4. After entering your information, a “Temporary Registration Completed” email will be sent to your registered address. Please access the URL in the email to complete the final registration.
     ※ After completing the final registration, you will receive an email titled “The Symphony Ticket Center – Registration Completed.”

  5. Once registration is complete, click the button below to select your seat.

※ To purchase tickets during the priority reservation period, you must be registered as a “Sinfonia” member.

 

【How to Purchase Tickets】

 

  1. Select an available seat (indicated in color). If the seat number is correct, click “Confirm.”

  2. Check your cart, tick the checkbox that says “I agree to the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (please check the linked page)” and click “Proceed to Customer Information.”

  3. For overseas customers, the available delivery/payment method is Credit Card → Electronic Ticket only.
     If your information is correct, click “Next.”

  4. Review Application Details, Delivery Method, and Customer Information. If everything is correct, click “Submit Application.”

  5. Proceed to the Payment Processing Site.
     ⇒ After clicking “Submit Application,” you will receive an email confirming your application. ※Payment is not completed at this stage.

  6. You can also access the payment site through the URL included in the email.

※ To prevent fraudulent use, our ticket center requires registration for the credit card authentication service “3D Secure 2.0.”

※Payment must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on the day you make your reservation. If the payment is not made by then, your reservation will be cancelled.

  1. Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email titled:
    “[Reservation Number:   ] The Symphony Ticket Center – Payment Completed.”

 

No refunds or cancellations can be made after ticket purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

 

【Displaying Your Electronic Ticket on the Day of the Concert】

 

After payment has been completed, you will receive an email titled “The Symphony Ticket Center – Electronic Ticket Issuance Information.” Please access My Page via the URL in the email.

 

― How to Display Your Electronic Ticket ―

  1. Click “Electronic Ticket List” on My Page.

  2. Select the performance you purchased and click “View Ticket.”

  3. Electronic tickets become valid shortly before the venue opens.

  4. Please display the ticket to the staff. They will apply an electronic stamp.

 

No refunds or cancellations can be made after ticket purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
